Aged 82 years
Passed away on 27th February 2023 in Wigan Infirmary and of Standish.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday 16th March 2023 at St Wilfrid’s Church, Standish at 2.30pm followed by internment in the churchyard.
He will be sadly missed by all.
The family would like to welcome everyone back to Wigan Rugby Union Club, Wingates Road, Wigan to celebrate Frank’s life.
