It is with great sorrow that we regret to hear of the passing of Vic Platt who was a founder member of Leigh RUFC in 1948.
A keen sportsman Vic was a stalwart crown green bowler who represented Leigh RUFC bowling club and South Lancashire Seniors. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and team mates.
